Sometimes it's easy forget to eat right and exercise and overall stay heart healthy especially if you're a busy parent. But it is very important to remember to be heart healthy and to eat right and get proper exercise so that we can stay healthy. I like to do yoga with my kids as part of our exercise. We don't even know the proper names of the poses. Some names were made up to appeal to children and other name poses we made up. But we have so much fun doing it anyways. And when the weather is nice it's so much fun to get outside and run around with the kids. Sometimes, in the evening it is nice to take leisurely walks. How do you stay active?
